Naya The pure Egyptian mare NAYA, who was one of the last surviving Kaisoon daughters, died on 1 June 1993, at the age of 18.

NAYA (Breeder H. Buschfort) was one of the stud's founders and was Nile Arabians' foundation mare. Nile Arabians owes much of its success to this mare, whose breeding qualities make her unique. A mark of NAYA's remarkable breeding value is the number of direct and indirect descendants she has produced, many of whom have won or been placed in international and national Show-Championships and races.

Happily, NAYA lives on to this day in the pure Egyptian NIL NAJADA (Ansata Halim Shah x Naya), probably the most valuable of her daughters. Having produced offspring such as NIL NUBIA (Versal x Nil Najada), NIL KRUSHAN (Versal x Nil Najada), NIL INCIPIT (Dormane x Nil Najada) and NIL NEBETUU (Maydan Madheen x Nil Najada), she has kept her mother's spirit alive in Nile Arabians.
