Today we are convinced that the
worldwide success of Tiffaha as European and Word champion mare was founded in
her exceptional “Emotional Intelligence”. Fortunately she gave this “Emotional
Arabian Type” to her daughter Nil Tahar. It was one of my most impressive experiences with horses to ride Tiffaha or to show her in the ring. She was the only horse which doesn’t need to be “ridden” under the saddle and which doesn’t need to be “shown” in the show ring. Only thinking what we would like to do together and Tiffaha did it with an unlimited expression, passion and concentration. She was able to immediately transmit her strong emotional expression to her audience and convinces the judges. |
 Already
at the age of 3 years Nil Tahar suffered from a skin cancer which prevented a
big breeding career. She needed more than ten years to fight with all her
energy against this disease. Therefore we decided to send the mare down from
cold Switzerland to the south of France where she found at the stud to the
Studer family a very mild and warm climate with a lot of sunshine. |

 In
thanks for the loving care of the Studers over the years Nil Tahar gave Arlette
Studer some foals. Nil Tahar’s daughter AS Tarifa and her son Thanoon, both by
Icham, will take the heritage of Nil Tahar at the stud of the Studer family.next page |
